For worried dog owners everywhere
Real advice from a real dog owner — no jargon, no judgment, just honest help for anxious dogs and the people who love them.

I’m just a dad of four boys, husband to a very patient wife, and owner of two dogs who couldn’t be more different. Teddy, our Cavachon, is sensitive, anxious, and an absolute angel. Daisy, our Labrador, is… not. She’s certainly an angel, but most definitely not anxious.
I started StressFreePaws because I spent years Googling at 11pm (actually that’s being generous, try 1am), buying every calming spray on the market, and trying to figure out why Teddy was so anxious — and what I could actually do to help.
This is everything I’ve learned (through a lot of trial and error!). I really do hope it helps.
